From Classroom to Boardroom: The Impact of Information Literacy Instruction on Workplace
This study examined the use of research skills in the workplace. Findings:

1/3 of respondents used research skills to perform their job daily
30% weekly
19 % monthly

The study also found that:

48% of respondents felt that information literacy skills were a factor for getting hired in their current position
77% felt "finding information is an essential part of my work"
