The 10-Minute Play Festival returns to LCC this week! In acknowledgement of the event, the LCC Library will display a selection of books on theater and topics related to the themes of the featured plays. The display will be available on the 2nd floor of the Technology and Learning Center until the end of July. Books are available for checkout for patrons with an active LCC username and photo ID.

The Festival runs through Wednesday, July 23rd to Sunday, July 27th. Plays begin each evening at 7 pm in the outdoor amphitheater. In the case of unsuitable weather, showings will be moved into Dart Auditorium. Admission is free and open to the general public!

This year's Festival l features four shows written by LCC students enrolled in Introduction to Theatre and one written by LCC employee Fred Engelgau. The shows are directed by Paige Dunckel and Chelle Peterson.

The realm of speculative fiction is a diverse and beautiful place. The LCC Library will display a collection of fantasy, science fiction, and horror books by authors of color throughout the month of July.

The display is located on the 2nd floor of the Technology and Learning Center. Books are available for checkout via the Library Help Zone to patrons with an active LCC username and photo ID.

Beat the heat with a watery read from the Lansing Community College Library. A collection of non-fiction books about a variety of aquatic life will be on display at the LCC Library throughout the month of June. The display is available on the 2nd floor of the Technology and Learning Center. Books are available for checkout to patrons with an active LCC username and a photo ID.
