Art and all of its forms are essential parts of the human experience. Every culture and every culture that has ever existed has had its own artistic traditions. The LCC Library is highlighting some of these traditions in a new book display for the month of May.
The display includes books about art history, culturally significant art traditions, and contemporary art from around the world.
The display will be on the second floor of the Technology and Learning Center throughout the month of May. Any patrons with an active LCC username and photo ID can borrow books at the Library Help Zone. Electronic books can be accessed either through QR codes featured on the physical display or through catalog links in the Virtual Display.
